In a 30-minute session we'll assess your symptoms, concentrate hands-on work on one or two areas, use appropriate pressure and techniques, and finish with simple stretches or homecare advice. Please communicate comfort and preferences throughout for best results.
This session commonly targets stiff necks, tight shoulders, upper back tension, and sore lower back. We address the muscles and connective tissue contributing to pain and restricted movement to provide prompt, focused relief.
For recurring tension many clients start weekly or biweekly sessions, then shift to monthly maintenance. Acute problems may benefit from several short sessions close together. Your therapist will suggest frequency based on your response and goals.
Focused work can help soft-tissue strains and chronic tension, but it’s not suitable for open wounds, recent fractures, or untreated inflammatory conditions. Disclose injuries and medical history so the therapist can modify treatment or recommend medical care.
Yes. You can add the 30-minute focused treatment before or after a longer session when scheduling allows, or combine areas into a customized longer appointment. Ask staff to arrange back-to-back services for seamless care.
Mild soreness or tenderness for 24–48 hours can occur, especially with deeper pressure. Drink water, use heat or ice as advised, and follow post-care tips. Contact us if pain is severe or persists beyond a couple days.
